Do I need to be home to receive my order?
There is no signature required for delivery. The shipping carrier may leave your order unattended. We highly encourage someone is available to receive your package(s) at the time of delivery to prevent your package(s) from sitting outside in hot weather or exposed to the elements.
Garrett Popcorn Tips
Year-round, each batch of gourmet recipes are made to order in our Chicago kitchen. We pack and ship your order via UPS within hours of cooking it, on the very first business day after receiving your order. We also pack our Snack Packs for UPS to pick up the very next business day via the method you select during checkout.
Before you place your order, follow our tips for the best experience:
- If you live in a state with weather typically above 70 degrees, expedited shipping is suggested.
- Avoid shipping your package over the weekend, when possible. Preventing your order from being in transit over the weekends, which can extend transit times, will limit exposure to the summer heat.
- Track your order because UPS suspended their Service Guarantee.
- When ordering for a specific event, please keep in mind that delays may occur and allow a few extra days for delivery.
