All recipes are cooked without preservatives, so they are best enjoyed right away. Return orders must be taken to the Shop where purchased within 24 hours in original packaging with the receipt for a replacement.
**Refund policy may vary in the following Shops; Terminal 5 of Chicago O’Hare airport, Midway Airport, Phoenix Airport, Houston Airport, or at any of our international locations.
Online Order Policy
We are known for great taste and quality ingredients. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your order from GarrettPopcorn.com, contact our Customer Experience Team within 30 days of delivery for assistance.
We are unable to offer refunds based on incorrect information provided at checkout or individual taste preferences. Concerns submitted without proper documentation or for products that are more than 50% consumed will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping-related concerns are subject to carrier or Route claims approval (if Route Package Protection was selected at checkout).
Online Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed, we ship the following business day unless a future ship date has been selected.
Our delicious, handcrafted recipes are popped in small batches every single morning and shipped the same day. Orders cannot be canceled once they are cooked and packaged. Please confirm that your information is correct before placing your order. Once the order is placed, please review the confirmation email to verify that your order details are correct.
Changes and cancellations can only be made by contacting our Customer Experience team during business hours prior to your order ship date. Our business hours are located here for your convenience.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please keep this in mind when ordering for special events.

The photo(s) submitted with your request will be used for feedback and training purposes. Due to the perishable nature of Garrett Popcorn and Frango chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Thank you for your understanding.
