We do not accept returns of Garrett Popcorn or Frango chocolate due to the perishable nature of the products. We are happy to replace your Garrett Popcorn or Frango chocolate packages should they arrive damaged. Any refunds or replacements must be requested within 30 days of delivery to the address provided in your order. We cannot offer a refund or replacement if more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery.
Garrett Popcorn does not provide refunds or replacements for any of the following reasons:
- Customer ordered incorrect and/or wrong quantity
- Customer provided the incorrect address
- Shipping partner delivered your order earlier than was estimated
- Customer was not present at time of delivery
- Customer provided incorrect information, requiring a re-route or other extension in delivery time
- Customer did not report quality concern(s) within the shelf life of the product
- Customer consumed more than half, or 50% of the Garrett Popcorn or Frango chocolate product
- Customer refused delivery
- Item(s) unable to be delivered due to being shipped to a PO Box
- Item(s) still in transit

The photo(s) submitted with your replacement request will be used for feedback and training purposes. Due to the perishable nature of Garrett Popcorn and Frango chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Thank you for your understanding.
