Concerned your order is lost or stolen?
Covering your package with Route Package Protection is optional. When Route protection is elected, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
If you did not select Route coverage at checkout, please remember that Garrett Brands is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Contact our Customer Experience team to begin a claim with UPS, refunds or exchanges will be subject to carrier claims approval.
