How do I place a multi-recipient order delivered to their door?

Navigate to https://gifts.garrettpopcorn.com/, where you can select from a variety of Garrett Popcorn or Frango Chocolate gifts that are sure to make your recipients’ day.
- Add one or more gifts to your cart and click “Continue to Checkout.” From there, you can easily send gifts to multiple recipients, all in one order.
- Proceed to checkout and click “Ship directly to recipients.”

Choose your ship date. Send it as soon as the next business day or schedule it for a later date.
- Add your gift message. You can use the same message for all recipients or create custom notes for each at the next step. Don’t forget to sign your name so they know who it’s from.

Now you're ready to populate gift recipients. You can add them by entering names and addresses one by one, or by uploading a CSV file with names and addresses of all your recipients. You can download a template right at checkout.
- If your cart has just one item, everyone on your list will receive that same gift. If you add multiple items, you will be able to create recipient lists to mix and match gifts and quantities for each person.

How do I send e-gifts delivered to recipients’ email or phone number?
- Navigate to https://gifts.garrettpopcorn.com/ to open our gifting program.

Select a gift you’d like to send to one or more recipients.
- Note: Everyone on your list will receive that same gift if there is one item in your cart. Add multiple items to your cart and create recipient lists to mix and match gifts for each person.

Proceed to checkout and click “Send as an e-gift” to deliver your gift digitally.
- Choose to send your e-gift instantly or schedule for it to arrive at the perfect moment.

E-gift customization: Make your gift truly pop - select a digital card or upload your own image, adjust brand colors and logos, and add a personalized gift note to include with your order.

Send gift via email or phone number: Add one or more recipients to your order by filling it in directly or uploading a spreadsheet with recipients’ names and email addresses or phone numbers. You can download a template right at checkout.
- Note: There is a 5% convenience fee per e-gift recipient.
- Send gift as a shareable link: Select “Link” to create a unique gift URL for each recipient. After checkout, you’ll find the link in your dashboard. Simply copy and share via WhatsApp, DM, or your preferred method. (Just remember to share!)
- Once your order is ready, review all details, enter your payment information, and let us take care of the rest.

All gifts will be sent via standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are not available.

Your gifter dashboard gives you a complete view of all your gifts. You can track delivery status, see which recipients have claimed their gifts, and manage scheduled gifts all in one place.

Can my e-gift recipient send a thank you message?
Yes! After accepting their e-gift, recipients can send a thank you message, which will appear in your gifter dashboard.

Can my recipient swap the e-gift I selected for something else?
Yes! If you’re not sure what they’ll love most, just choose a gift within your budget. Your recipient can easily swap it for another item of their choice within 10% of the original value.

No, only standard ground shipping is available.

Yes, recipients can opt into tracking for e-gifts when they claim them.
