Online Cancellation Policy

Our delicious, handcrafted recipes are popped in small batches every single morning and shipped the following business day unless a specific ship date has been selected. Please confirm that your information is correct before placing your order. Once the order is placed, please review the confirmation email to verify that your order details are correct.

Changes and cancellations can only be made by contacting our Customer Experience team during business hours prior to your order ship date. Our business hours are located herefor your convenience.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please keep this in mind when ordering for special events.


In Shop Cancellation Policy

For pickup in Shop, orders must be cancelled no later than 2pm Chicago time the day before the scheduled pick-up date to receive a refund. If an order (i) is placed for same day pick-up, or otherwise cannot meet the cancellation deadline, and (ii) is cancelled, no refund will be given.

Monday through Friday: 8am to 6pm CST

Saturday: 9am to 2pm CST

Sundays: Closed
