Can I change or cancel my online order?

For online orders, please contact our Customer Experience Team at 888-476-7267 as soon as possible. Once your order status is changed to "Awaiting Shipment", changes or cancellations cannot be made.

For pickup in Shop, orders must be cancelled no later than 2pm Chicago time the day before the scheduled pick-up date to receive a refund. If an order (i) is placed for same day pick-up, or otherwise cannot meet the cancellation deadline, and (ii) is cancelled, no refund will be given.
