Can I change or cancel my online order?

Changes and cancellations can be made up to 6pm on the business day before your shipment date.  Orders scheduled to ship on a Monday can be cancelled up to 2pm on the Saturday prior.

Please contact Customer Experience at 888-476-7267 in order to request any modifications to your order.

For pickup in Shop, orders must be cancelled no later than 2pm Chicago time the day before the scheduled pick-up date to receive a refund. If an order (i) is placed for same day pick-up, or otherwise cannot meet the cancellation deadline, and (ii) is cancelled, no refund will be given.
