In general, you should receive your package within 1-7 business days from the date your order is shipped, depending on the shipping method selected. Tracking information will not be available until your order has shipped. Verify if UPS offers guaranteed delivery on the shipping method you selected:

If you did not select Route coverage at checkout, please remember that Garrett Brands is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
